PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT WITH TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Terms and Conditions of this Participation Agreement, as hereby covenanted, governs the participation of applicants (“Participants”) in the event (Fashion show) organized by Farasha Al Amani Live Theatrical Show Production LLC (“Organizer”). By registering for and participating in the event, each Participant voluntarily confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.

The Participant agrees to comply with:

• All applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, local regulations, venue rules, and safety requirements.
• All rules, guidelines, instructions, and amendments issued by the Organizer.
• Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal without refund.

• Participation is open to all genders, from aged 6 years and above, subject to eligibility criteria.
• Valid government issued identification may be required for verification.
• Registration is considered complete only upon official confirmation by the Organizer.

Where the Participant is under the age of eighteen (18) years (“Minor”), participation is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Minor’s parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that:

(a) They are the lawful guardian of the Minor;
(b) They consent to the Minor’s participation in the event, as evidenced by the signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form attached as Annexure A;
(c) They have reviewed and accepted this Agreement on behalf of the Minor; and
(d) The participation is in the Minor’s best interests in accordance with UAE Child Rights Law (Wadeema Law).

The Organizer reserves the right to:

(I) Request verification documents at any time;
(ii) Deny or revoke participation where required consents are not provided; and
(iii) Comply with any directives issued by UAE authorities concerning child welfare.

The parent or legal guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any claims arising from inaccurate information, lack of consent or breach of child protection laws.

• Participation Fee: AED 1,900 + VAT (as applicable).
• Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refreshments: Snacks and refreshments will be provided to all participants.
• Entry Pass: One entry pass will be issued per participant.

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to modify:

• Event schedule, programme flow, rehearsals, choreography, venue or participation structure.
• Such changes shall be final and binding.

Participants must maintain professional, respectful and positive conduct at all times towards:

• Organizers, designers, choreographers, officials, crew and fellow participants.
• Harassment, misconduct, disruptive behavior or disrespectful conduct shall result in immediate disqualification.

• Punctuality is compulsory and must align with Guinness World Records requirements.
• All participants must attend the event as scheduled to be eligible for the official participation certificate, which will be issued after the event.

• Follow all venue safety rules and emergency instructions issued by organizer.
• Act responsibly to ensure personal and collective safety.

The Organizer shall not be liable for injuries caused by negligence, misconduct or non-compliance by the Participant.

• Access to restricted areas is limited to authorized personnel only.
• Use of mobile phones in restricted areas must be kept to a minimum.
• Any posting of behind the scenes or non-public content requires prior written approval.

• Makeup and Hairstyling: Participants are solely responsible for their own makeup and hairstyling, as such services are not provided by the Organizer.
• Grooming and Attire: Participants are expected to maintain their professional grooming and wear appropriate attire.
• 3D Walk Guidelines: A demonstration video outlining the 3D Walk guidelines will be shared with participants.

The Participant irrevocably grants the Organizer, the consent to use any photographs, videos or recordings captured during the event for marketing, promotional, media, documentation and publicity purposes.

• This event constitutes a genuine attempt to achieve a Guinness World Records title.
• If the record is not achieved due to participant absence or factors beyond the Organizer’s control, no liability shall arise.

• An official Participation Certificate and a commemorative medal will be issued by the Organizer, acknowledging their participation in the Guinness World Records.
• The Guinness record shall be registered under Farasha Al Amani Live Theatrical Show Production LLC.

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer along with its partners, affiliates, staff and agents against any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from their participation, misconduct or any breach of this Agreement.

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations or changes to the event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, technical failures or other force majeure events. The Participant accepts that such occurrences may affect the event and agrees that the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience, loss or damages.

• The paid fees is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the event the Organizer cancels the event for reasons solely attributable to them, a refund may be issued upon the Participant’s request. Refunds will exclude VAT & service charges and will be processed via the original banking channel.

• Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
• If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the UAE Arbitration Law (Federal Decree Law No. 6 of 2018) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules, with Dubai as the seat and English as the language of proceedings.

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer’s decisions regarding participant eligibility, conduct, scheduling and all aspects of event management shall be final, binding and at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
